What to Expect

Your First Visit

STEP ONE

A Conversation

Your appointment starts with a chat about your concerns, history and goals, followed by an assessment of the relevant areas.

STEP TWO

Individualized Treatment

Your RMT creates a treatment approach specific to you. Treatment is collaborative: pressure and techniques are adapted to your comfort and needs throughout the session.

STEP THREE

Recommendations

You may leave with movement, stretching, recovery or self-management suggestions. Follow-up is based on your goals and how you respond to treatment.

Massage therapy that works alongside your whole team

One of the biggest advantages of receiving massage therapy at Walkerton Physio is that your RMT works alongside our other practitioners. When it helps, your team communicates and collaborates so you receive one coordinated plan rather than separate silos of care.
