Yin Yang Yoga
Blending two styles of yoga, this practice brings together passive yoga poses with dynamic sequences and standing postures. This practice works on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body and is great for those looking for variety in their practice.

Currently running Wednesdays at 5:30pm at EverActive by Walkerton Physio
These yoga classes allow connection of body and mind through gentle movement, deep stretch, and relaxation. Focus will be made to increase flexibility & strength, from gentle flow to complete rest and relaxation.
Modifications and advanced poses are offered to support each student’s needs and growth in their practice.
